Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants and ensure compliance with facility policies.
• Participate in staffing planning and coordinate nursing services with other departments.
• Charting, documentation, and maintenance of the resident's records in accordance with policies.
• Administer medications as ordered by the physician and ensure accuracy of drug records and transcription.
