Job summary

QSL Management is seeking a Staff Nurse for The Blake at Glenncrest at Webb Gin. The role requires an LPN license, CPR and First Aid, with preferred experience in Assisted Living or long-term care. Flexibility for weekends/holidays is necessary.

The position focuses on administering medications, providing world-class care, and supporting memory and performance programs for residents in a resort-style setting.

Qualifications

• Caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license issued by the state.
• CPR certification.
• Assisted Living or Long-term care experience preferred.
• First Aid certification preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical treatment and administer medication per physician orders within the scope of the applicable board and state regulations for assisted living.
• Deliver world-class care and service to residents while remaining flexible and adaptable to change.
• Assist residents with memory and performance improvement programs.
• Work independently and with a team to organize tasks, document clearly, and follow through on assignments.
• Serve as charge nurse on shift for personal assistants under the Wellness Leadership team.
