Job summary

Prosperity Training Center is seeking a CNA Instructor for the NATP program, delivering hands-on lab and clinical instruction in Kalispell, MT. The role involves coordinating with the Administrator and NATP Program Coordinator to meet Montana NATP requirements and support students in didactic and clinical components.

Ideal candidates are Montana-licensed RNs or LPNs with at least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a nursing home, and experience supervising CNAs.

Qualifications

• Active Montana RN or LPN license
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience (nursing home preferred)
• Experience supervising certified nursing assistants
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge of working with culturally diverse populations

Responsibilities

• Set up and provide in-person lab instruction
• Supervise students during clinical rotations
• Evaluate student skills and competencies
• Maintain attendance and clinical documentation
