Job summary

Pleasant View Center in Concord, NH is seeking part-time LPNs to join our compassionate nursing team. This role offers flexible weekday, weekend, or evening shifts with 8- or 12-hour options, and opportunities for additional hours.

You will supervise and support LNAs, administer medications and treatments, monitor residents’ conditions, and communicate changes to physicians and families while delivering person-centered care in alignment with our high standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current, unrestricted LPN license in NH (or eligibility).
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) in daily resident care activities.
• Deliver patient-centered nursing care in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Administer medications, treatments, wound care, IV therapy, colostomy care, and tube feedings.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and document changes, reporting updates to physicians/families.
• Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and care planning.
• Ensure all care provided aligns with Pleasant View Center’s standards of excellence.
