Pleasant View Center in Concord, NH is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality nursing care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. Join a dedicated team committed to compassionate resident care and professional growth.

We offer a $15,000 sign-on bonus, daily pay, competitive pay based on experience, comprehensive health benefits, PTO, and flexible shift options (8- and 12-hour). CPR is required and NH LPN license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current NH LPN license or eligibility.
• CPR certification required.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support LNAs in daily care activities.
• Deliver patient-centered nursing care in accordance with regulations.
• Administer medications, treatments, wound care, IV therapy, colostomy care, and tube feedings.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and document changes for physicians and families.
• Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and care planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) in daily care activities.

Job Requirements:

• Current, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire (or eligibility for NH licensure).

• Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.
