Bethesda Care Center in Fremont, Ohio is seeking a part‑time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work afternoon shifts (2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.) for six days per pay period.

This position offers a $1.25 per hour shift premium on top of the base pay, a $1,500 sign‑on bonus, and optional part‑time benefits such as vacation and sick time. Employees can waive some or all benefits to increase base pay.
