Job summary

Talbert-House is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (Part Time) to provide compassionate patient care at the Mount Orab, Ohio location. The LPN will work under the NP/MD delegation, perform medication administration, and support care transitions in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience.
• Active Registered Nurse license in Ohio.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provides and manages all aspects of patient care under NP/MD supervision.
• Administers medications accurately and documents administrations.
• Monitor vital signs and assess patient needs per care plan.
• Educates patients on medications, dosing, and safety.
• Collaborates with the care team to ensure safe transitions between settings.
