Job summary

Downtown Boulder Partnership is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses for part-time and per diem shifts (3PM-11PM and 11PM-7AM) to provide compassionate personal care and support to residents. Responsibilities include medication administration per the Resident Care Plan and engaging residents in well-being checks and care updates.

New grads are welcome; a state-approved nursing program graduate with an active LPN/LVN license is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of nursing.
• Current state license as an LPN/LVN.
• No experience required; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care, assistance, support, and companionship.
• Administer or assist with medication for residents according to the Resident Care Plan.
• Engage residents, check well-being, and communicate changes in condition or Care Plan.
• Collaborate with Wellness Director to assess and document resident assessments at specified intervals.
