Job summary

Boulder Post Acute in Boulder, CO is hiring PRN LPNs to provide nursing care in a skilled nursing unit. You will get to know residents and work with a valued team in a supportive culture.

Open positions include PRN 8/12 hour shifts and full-time shifts; rate range is $35-$40 per hour with competitive pay and benefits where applicable. CPR certification and Colorado LPN license are required, along with background checks.

• Current CPR certification.
• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments.
