Ansley Park Health & Rehab in Newnan, GA is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our mission-driven team. You will administer medications, deliver direct nursing care, and collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible).
• A passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
