Job summary

Ansley Park Health & Rehab is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Newnan, GA. You will deliver high-quality clinical care, work with RNs and CNAs, and support the interdisciplinary team in a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible).
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
