IdeaTek is seeking a Part Time Customer Loyalty Advocate to join our retention team. You''ll work with customers at key moments, understanding their needs, resolving concerns, and strengthening relationships across calls, emails, texts, and proactive outreach using AI-powered tools.

This role offers Monday–Friday 8 AM–12 PM, not Visa sponsorship, salary commensurate with experience, and opportunities in telecommunications. You''ll provide white-glove service and help prevent churn.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in high-volume environments.
• Part-time availability Monday–Friday 8 AM–12 PM.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Basic technical aptitude to troubleshoot common internet or service issues.
• Familiarity with CRM, ticketing, or support systems.
• Ability to manage multiple interactions and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated retention queue across multiple channels.
• Review profiles and AI insights to tailor retention strategies.
• Resolve customer concerns and negotiate solutions.
• Guide customers through billing, service, installation and other issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
• Monitor retention metrics and achieve team goals.
• Identify recurring issues and share insights.
