Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Part Time Security Officer – Logistics Facility in Denver, CO. You will provide access control, monitor entrances, and respond to incidents, with fixed anchor shifts and optional extra shifts through our scheduling platform.

This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build up to a fuller-time schedule by picking up additional shifts across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is beneficial.
• Guard card/license preferred if applicable.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor access points at a logistics and distribution location, verify credentials, manage visitor/driver entry, and maintain records.
• Respond to incidents and security concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner following site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking areas, loading zones and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and delivery partners to facilitate orderly movement of people and vehicles.
