Job summary

UPS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Connecticut to supervise, train, develop, and lead workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance. You will set high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service and safety, and foster collaborative, proactive communication across the organization.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree (or international equivalent), management experience preferred, ability to lift 70 lbs, flexible shifts, and strong MS Office skills.

• Ensures all department employees receive specific and detailed orientation, skills and safety training, appropriate materials and information, regular evaluations, and pro-active coaching to support their continued development.
