Job summary

RB Global is seeking a Part-Time Loader Operator I to operate heavy equipment and trucks in our yard for live auctions. You will assist in setting up equipment for auctions and help customers load purchases, while maintaining a strong safety focus and teamwork with yard staff.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, able to learn new software quickly, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working both in a team and independently when required.

• Operate heavy equipment and trucks in yard for auctions.
• Good spoken and written English required.
• Able to learn new programs quickly.
• Demonstrate safety-first work ethic and teamwork.
• Organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate all types of heavy equipment and trucks.
• Assist with setting up equipment for auctions in the yard.
• Help customers load equipment purchases and answer questions.
• Support safety initiatives and RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety.
• Learn vehicle check-in tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
