Part Time - Loader/Cart Associate - Flexible

This role involves delivering quality customer service, maintaining a clean and safe store, and ensuring shelves are stocked with necessary products. Key responsibilities include:

• Engaging with customers in a friendly, professional manner to answer questions.
• Retrieving, loading, and replenishing merchandise.
• Helping customers and staff move merchandise safely.

The associate assists customers by loading merchandise into vehicles and replenishes shelves for the next customers. Safety is paramount, as the role involves frequent lifting and moving of merchandise.

Travel is not a regular requirement but may be needed occasionally for meetings, training, or store support.

What We're Looking For

• Part-time or full-time availability, generally 25-40 hours per week, with flexibility for mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, sit, and perform tasks requiring lifting (minimum 25 pounds).

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 months experience with computers and retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Ability to obtain any required sales licenses or registrations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hardware retail, or Lowe's specifically.
