Overview

All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products customers need. As a Customer Service Associate/Loader, your responsibilities include:

• Being friendly, professional, and engaging with customers to help answer questions.
• Retrieving, loading, and replenishing merchandise.
• Helping customers and staff move merchandise safely.

Key Responsibilities

The Customer Service Associate/Loader assists customers by loading merchandise into their vehicles and replenishes shelves for the next customers. Safety is critical, as this role involves lifting and moving merchandise frequently throughout the shift.

Travel Requirements

This role does not require regular travel but may occasionally involve travel to meetings, training, or support for neighboring stores.

Qualifications

Availability & Physical Requirements

• Scheduled 25 to 40 hours per week, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings any day of the week.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, and lifting (minimum 25 pounds, with or without assistance).

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 months experience with computers (inputting, accessing, modifying, outputting information).
• 6 months experience with retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Ability to obtain any required sales-related licensure or registration.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience, including as a Loader or in merchandising roles.
• Experience working in a Lowe's store or similar retail environment.
• Experience in inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading products or materials.

Compensation
