What You Will Do

• Deliver quality customer service while maintaining a clean, safe, and stocked store environment.
• Assist customers by loading merchandise into their vehicles.
• Replenish shelves for the next customers, ensuring safety when lifting and moving merchandise.

Travel Requirements: This role does not require regular travel but may occasionally involve travel for meetings, training, or store support.

What We're Looking For

• Part-time or full-time schedules generally ranging from 25 to 40 hours per week; more hours may be required based on store needs.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, and evenings any day of the week.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, and lifting (minimum 25 pounds).

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 months experience with computers, including data input and access.
• 6 months experience with retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain necessary sales-related licensure or registration.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience, including at hardware or home improvement stores.
• Experience in retail merchandising, inventory management, or vehicle loading/unloading.
