Job Overview

All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products customers need. As a Customer Service Associate/Loader, your responsibilities include:

• Being friendly, professional, and engaging with customers to help answer questions.
• Retrieving, loading, and replenishing merchandise.
• Helping customers and staff move merchandise safely.

The Customer Service Associate/Loader assists customers by loading merchandise into their vehicles and replenishes shelves for the next customers. Safety is critical as this role involves lifting and moving merchandise frequently throughout the shift.

Travel Requirements

This role does not require regular travel but may occasionally involve travel to meetings, trainings, or support for neighboring stores.

What We're Looking For

• Hourly Full Time or Part Time: Typically scheduled for 39-40 hours or up to 25 hours per week, respectively; additional hours may be required based on store needs.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, and evenings any day of the week.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving prolonged standing, sitting, and lifting (minimum 25 pounds, may lift more).

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• At least 6 months experience with retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain any required sales-related licenses or registrations.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience.
• Experience as a Loader at home improvement or hardware retailers.
• Experience working in any department at Lowe's.
• Retail merchandising experience, including stocking, facing, pricing, and maintaining signage.
• Experience in inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading products or materials.
