What You Will Do

All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products customers need. As a Customer Service Associate/Loader, this means:

• Being friendly, professional, and engaging customers to help answer questions.
• Retrieving, loading, and replenishing merchandise.
• Helping customers and staff move merchandise safely.

The Customer Service Associate/Loader assists customers by loading merchandise into their vehicles. They also replenish shelves for the next customers. Safety is critical because this associate lifts and moves merchandise frequently throughout their shift.

Travel Requirements: This role does not require regular travel but may occasionally involve travel to meetings, training, or support for neighboring stores.

What We're Looking For

• Hourly Full Time or Part Time: Typically scheduled for 39 to 40 hours or up to 25 hours per week; additional hours may be required based on store needs.
• Availability required for mornings, afternoons, and evenings any day of the week.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds without assistance; may lift more with or without assistance.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 months experience with computers, including data entry, access, modification, or output.
• 6 months experience with retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain any sales-related licenses or registrations required by law.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience.
• 6 months experience as a Loader at a home improvement or hardware retailer.
• 6 months experience working in any department at Lowe’s.
• 6 months retail merchandising experience, including zone recovery, stocking, facing, pricing, signage, and housekeeping.
• 6 months experience in inspecting, carrying, loading, or unloading products or materials in or out of vehicles.
