Job summary

Executive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire is seeking a compassionate, dependable Full-Time LNA/PCA Caregiver to join our Amherst, NH team. You will provide in-home care to support independence and comfort for clients.

In this role, you will perform personal care, mobility support, light housekeeping, meal assistance, and companionship while building trusted relationships with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Current NH LNA or PCA certification preferred.
• Caregiving experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Compassion, patience, and dependability.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to pass a background check and NH compliance requirements.
• Dementia Training Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Help create a safe, comfortable, and positive home environment.
