Executive Home Care of Southeast NH is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide private, in-home care to local seniors. You will deliver personal care, companionship, and daily living support in clients' homes, building trusted relationships and promoting independence.

Qualifications

• Current NH LNA or PCA certification preferred.
• Experience in home care, assisted living, or clinical caregiving.
• Dementia Care Certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and a compassionate, patient approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage time in a home setting.
• Background check and state requirements compliant.

Responsabilités

• Personal and hands-on care including bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Mobility assistance and safety within the home.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.
• Companionship and meaningful engagement with clients.
• Observe health changes and report to the care coordination team.
• Provide transportation assistance for appointments as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Personal & Hands-On Care: Assist clients with essential daily routines, including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, and personal hygiene.
• Mobility & Safety: Help clients transfer safely, ambulate around their home, and navigate their space to prevent falls and injuries.
• Daily Living Support: Prepare nutritious, well- balanced meals, assist with light housekeeping (tidying, laundry, dishes), and help keep the living space safe and organized.
• Companionship & Connection: Build meaningful, respectful relationships with clients through engaging conversation, emotional support, and shared hobbies.
• Health Observation & Reporting: Keep track of daily routines, note subtle shifts in physical condition or behavior, and communicate updates clearly to our care coordination team.
• Errands & Transportation: Run local errands, assist with grocery shopping, and provide reliable transportation to appointments or community outings.

Requirements

• Current New Hampshire Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification preferred
• Required previous experience in home care, assisted living, or another clinical caregiving environment
• Dementia Care Certification is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication skills with a compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to care
• Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively in a home care setting
• Successful completion of a background check and compliance with all applicable state requirements
