Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service in person and over the counter.
• Participates in preparation and service of food and beverages per standards.
• Cleans work area and equipment used in food preparation and service.
• Follows safety and sanitation procedures (HACCP/OSHA) and maintains portion controls.
• Delivers food items to and from the main kitchen in a timely manner.
• Promotes a clean, safe, and neat environment for residents, self, and staff.
• Cooperates with staff from other departments to complete duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
