• Cleans work area and equipment used in food preparation and service.
• Follows safety and sanitation procedures; delivers food items to and from main kitchen.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and neat environment for residents, staff and guests.
• Cooperates with staff from other departments to perform duties.
• Contributes to the team; professionalism with customers and colleagues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
