Join to apply for the Part Time Line Cook role at Heaven Hill Brands.

This role is onsite at our new Five Brothers Kitchen at the Heaven Hill Bourbon Experience in Bardstown, KY. The standard first shift schedule is 9:00am - 5:30pm with rotating days, including weekends.

What The Role Is

Our Line cooks participate in all kitchen functions, including preparation, maintaining quality standards, sanitation, and cleanliness.

How You Will Spend Your Time

• Ensure all food and products are prepared and served according to recipes, portioning, and standards.
• Assist where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of all kitchen equipment.
• Work with kitchen managers to meet portion sizes and recipes.
• Control food costs through proper storage and waste management.
• Follow all restaurant policies and procedures.
• Adhere to safety standards for all equipment and utensils.
• Follow cleaning and sanitation schedules.
• Maintain proper food holding and refrigeration temperatures.
• Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations.

Who You Are

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• At least 3 years of experience in various kitchen roles.
• Ability to obtain Person in Charge or Serv Safe Certification.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements

Must frequently stand, climb stairs, walk, handle objects, reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds.
