Arden Courts in Largo, FL is seeking a part-time Lifestyle Assistant to plan and deliver daily activity programs for residents. You will support the Director in providing a full range of program services and ensure engaging, person-centered activity experiences for residents, including those with dementia.

Requirements include a high school diploma and the ability to read, write, and speak English. Knowledge of dementia care and therapeutic/behavioral interventions is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge of dementia care and behavioral interventions preferred.
• Must read, write and speak English clearly.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily activity programs for residents.
• Assist Director in delivering a full range of program services.
• Interact with residents with tact, sensitivity, and professionalism.
