Job summary

YMCA of the Chippewa Valley is seeking a Lifeguard to supervise the aquatics area, ensure swimmer safety, and respond to emergencies. You will support open swim, water exercise, swim lessons and lap swimming while promoting a safe, welcoming environment for members and participants.

This part-time summer role offers 5-29 hours per week with benefits including a free YMCA membership, flexible schedules, program discounts, and access to trainings for CPR, First Aid, and YMCA Leadership to support

Qualifications

• Must be 15 years old or older.
• Must be able to supervise the aquatics area to prevent accidents, assist swimmers, and respond to emergencies.
• 5-29 hours a week.
