Njswim | An Emler Swim School in Herbertsville, NJ is seeking a dedicated Lifeguard to ensure a safe, positive swimming experience for all students. You will monitor pool activities, enforce rules, perform rescues, and assist instructors while maintaining a friendly, safety-focused attitude.

Qualifikationen

• Current Lifeguard certification (Red Cross or equivalent) required.
• Strong swimming and rescue skills.
• Calm, alert, and able to act quickly in emergencies.
• Friendly, safety-focused, team-oriented attitude.

• Monitor pool activities to maintain a safe, positive environment.
• Enforce pool rules and respond to emergencies.
• Perform rescues, administer first aid, and use CPR/AED as needed.
• Conduct safety checks and report hazards or maintenance needs.
• Support swim instructors and educate swimmers on water safety.
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free pool area and participate in safety drills.
