Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support to an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community.
• Offer community assistance and companionship, including supporting the individual while they volunteer at the library.
• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress towards personal goals.
• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual's needs.
• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.
• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.
