Kindly Direct Care seeks a part-time Direct Support Professional to provide one-to-one care for an adult with developmental disabilities in Morris County. The role emphasizes consistent scheduling and reliable communication with the Kindly team.

Qualifications

• Experience required for Direct Support Professional role.
• Ability to commit to the exact posted schedule (Mon, Wed, Fri).
• Must complete onboarding, background checks and training.

Responsibilities

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community.
• Provide community outings, including parks, shopping, dining, swimming, and day trips.
• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.
• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.
• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.
• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.
• Commitment and consistency are essential.
