Job summary

Aspire Indiana Health in Indianapolis is seeking a Full-Time Life Skills Coach to work with adults living in residential facilities, helping them build practical independence.

You will provide coaching in organizational skills, budgeting, shopping, and other daily living tasks, fostering recovery and growth in a supportive environment. A valid driver's license and a background check are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling preferred.
• One year of service experience with individuals in need or related coursework.
• Basic knowledge of the Recovery Model preferred.
• Current driver's license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide life-skills training to adults with mental illness living in residential facilities.
• Develop organizational, budgeting, shopping, and general life skills.
