Eventide on Eighth Care Center in south Moorhead, MN is seeking a Life Enrichment Activities Assistant to work part time 9:15a - 5:15p every other Saturday and Sunday, including holiday rotation.

The role supports activity programs that stimulate residents physically, mentally, and socially, following state and federal regulations. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED; duties include program development, resident rapport, documentation, and leadership in activities.

Qualifications

• Establish and implement assigned activity programs.
• Develop rapport with residents to understand needs and interests.
• Maintain online documentation on residents’ activities and report deviations.
• Provide leadership in activities as assigned.
• Recommend changes to the Director of Life Enrichment.
