• Ensure completeness of scans and assist in quality checks.
• Upload and organize project data in cloud systems.
• Maintain file organization and assist with documentation.
• Support lead generation efforts and CRM updates.
• Assist with basic outreach and proposal preparation.
• Perform general operational and administrative support tasks.
