LifeStance Health is actively seeking talented Licensed Mental Health Therapists in the Greater Mishawaka area who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

Position Highlights

• Part‑time opportunity with a 15–20 hour weekly commitment
• In‑person availability strongly preferred; minimum 50% in‑office presence required to support community partner needs
• Telehealth and in‑office appointments are both supported, provided the clinician is working from the branch location to ensure hybrid patient access
• Must be available to attend new hire training Monday–Thursday
• Open to candidates with up to a 45‑day start timeline
• Willingness to participate in shared office space arrangements is required

Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Licensed Therapists that are:

• Fully licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Indiana.
• We are not able to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time
• Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations
• This is a Hybrid Role.
