Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking licensed mental health therapists in Indiana for a part-time role serving the Greater Mishawaka area. The position offers 15–20 hours weekly, with a strong preference for in-office presence to support community partner needs.

Telehealth and in-person care are supported in a hybrid model, with required training at start of employment. Clinicians must be fully licensed in Indiana (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC) and experienced with adults and/or youth populations.

Qualifications

• Must hold Indiana license LCSW/LMFT/LMHC.
• Experience delivering therapy to adults and/or children/adolescents.
• Hybrid role with flexibility for in-office and telehealth sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health therapy to clients.
• Maintain Hybrid schedule with in-person and telehealth sessions.
• Collaborate with clinical team and participate in training as needed.
• Attend new hire training Monday–Thursday and support community needs.

LifeStance Health is actively seeking talented Licensed Mental Health Therapists in the Greater Mishawaka area who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

Position Highlights

• Part-time opportunity with a
• 15–20 hour weekly commitment
• In-person availability strongly preferred ; minimum 50% in-office presence required to support community partner needs
• Telehealth and in-office appointments are both supported, provided the clinician is working from the branch location to ensure hybrid patient access
• Must be available to attend new hire training Monday–Thursday
• Open to candidates with up to a 45-day start timeline
• Willingness to participate in shared office space arrangements is required
