Job summary

LifeStance Health in Mishawaka, IN seeks Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join a flexible, hybrid outpatient team. This part-time role offers 15–20 hours weekly with in-office presence and telemedicine options to support community needs.

You’ll work with adult and/or child/adolescent populations, require Indiana licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC), and participate in new-hire training. This position emphasizes collaboration, high-quality care, and work-life balance.

• Fully licensed as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the State of Indiana. We are not able to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time.
• Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.

Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Licensed Therapists that are:

• Fully licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Indiana.

Position Highlights

• Part-time opportunity with a 15–20 hour weekly commitment
• In-person availability strongly preferred; minimum 50% in-office presence required to support community partner needs
• Telehealth and in-office appointments are both supported, provided the clinician is working from the branch location to ensure hybrid patient access
• Must be available to attend new hire training Monday–Thursday

• Willingness to participate in shared office space arrangements is required
