LifeStance Health is seeking Licensed Therapists in Indiana to join a hybrid clinical team delivering 100% outpatient care with telemedicine and in-person options. We require full licensure as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Indiana, experience with adults and/or children/adolescents, and a mission to provide accessible behavioral health services in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Licensed Therapists that are:

• Fully licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Indiana.
• We are not able to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time.
• Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
• This is a Hybrid Role.
