Looking for Licensed Therapist for Part-Time Life Coach Position

The Window of Clarity life coaching program is looking to hire a new Licensed Therapist for a part-time life coach position for a curriculum-based coaching program that supports clients as they deal with challenging life events, such as a DUI arrest or divorce.We are excited to be growing our program and are able to help more clients turn a stressful time of life into a chance for personal growth and success.

Responsibilities

Coaches will do weekly 30-minute phone sessions with clients for 4-8 weeks. Coaches will follow the Window of Clarity curriculum for our coaching program, personalizing it for clients as is appropriate.

This coaching position is a contract position with flexible part-time hours that can work well with a current private practice schedule. Coaching phone calls can be made from your home or current office space. This is a program that is already expanding so there is great potential for this position to grow!

Qualifications

We are looking for therapists licensed in Oregon with at least 5 years of clinical experience and current malpractice insurance. While our program does not provide therapeutic treatment over the phone, we are looking for someone with the clinical expertise to be able to assess and refer clients for appropriate treatment services as needed. Experience with or certification in addiction-related work is a bonus. Experience doing clinical work or coaching with a set curriculum and/or experience doing sessions over the phone is also preferred.

And lastly, we are looking for coaches who are professional, good-natured, take pride in their work, and yet still do not take themselves too seriously. Coaches must be able to work independently as well as be a team player within the program. Coaches will need to be both positive and upbeat, with the ability to speak directly and with candor when issues arise. No drama.

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, kind, smart, courageous, and genuine. Someone who is willing to flex with change and do the hard work to contribute in a meaningful way. At Window of Clarity, we want to support clients in their growth and change as we, ourselves, are engaged in our own growth and change both personally and professionally.

Compensation

$50 - $60 hourly

Dan and Tammy realized that their legal clients were in a unique moment in their lives to create personal growth and change out of a stressful and humbling arrest.As they saw the significant and inspiring changes their legal clients were able to accomplish through this coaching program, Dan and Tammy expanded the Window of Clarity curriculum to include versions addressing divorce as well.
