Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Littleton, CO. We are a clinician-led organization with a nationwide hybrid care model, supporting growth and providing tools and training for lasting careers.

Qualifying clinicians hold Colorado licenses (LCSW, LPC, LMFT or Psychologist), commit to a substantial weekly caseload, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.

• Independently licensed and living in Colorado — LCSW, LPC, LMFT or Licensed Psychologist
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• Behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate who contributes positively to a clinical community

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Littleton, CO as part of a hybrid care model.
• Maintain a full caseload with high-quality, client-centered care.
• Collaborate with a clinical team and participate in trainings and supervision when offered.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Littleton, CO. About the Role

You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

Compensation

Up to $57,000.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
