Job summary

Thriveworks Clinical Florida, Inc. is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate care to our extensive client base, with a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in West Palm Beach, FL. We support credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing so you can focus on delivering evidence-based care.

We offer a structure that promotes work-life balance, with a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing and flexible scheduling seven days a week from early morning to late evening ET.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Florida — LMHC, LMFT, LCSW or Licensed Psychologist
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children

• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in West Palm Beach, FL. Candidate Profile

Compensation

Up to $54,100.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
