Thriveworks in Virginia is hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care through telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Short Pump. You’ll join a clinician-led organization with a nationwide hybrid care model and a goal to build a full caseload within 90 days after credentialing.

Eligibility requires independent licensure (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/PhD). Flexible scheduling, guaranteed bi-weekly pay for completed sessions, and comprehensive benefits are offered to support

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Virginia — LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to clients via telehealth and in-person sessions
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing
• Handle administrative tasks through Thriveworks support (credentialing, billing, scheduling, marketing) to focus on clinical care
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and peers to ensure quality care and ongoing professional development

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to‑face sessions in Short Pump, Virginia. About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

Compensation

Up to $55,700 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You’ll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
