Thriveworks is hiring licensed clinicians in Idaho to provide compassionate, evidence-based care through a mix of in-person and telehealth sessions in Nampa, ID.

We welcome LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD or PsyD to treat a diverse client base, including couples and children, with flexible scheduling and robust support for credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing.

Qualifications

• Independent licensure in Idaho as LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD or PsyD.
• Willingness to provide 15+ sessions with 20 hours/weekly.
• Behavioral health generalist open to couples and children.
• Committed to measurable progress for clients.
• Comfort with telehealth and EHR tools.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians (Licensed Clinical Social Worker/LCSW, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist/LMFT, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor/LCPC, or Licensed Psychologist/PsyD) to provide a mix of in-person and telehealth sessions in Nampa, ID.

About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

• Independently licensed and living in Idaho— LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $54,100 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
