Thriveworks is recruiting Idaho-licensed clinicians to deliver care via a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions in Meridian, ID. The role requires independant licensure (LCPC/LMFT/LCSW/PhD) and a minimum caseload with substantial weekly availability.

You will work within a supportive clinical community and use modern EHR tools. We offer administrative support, credentialing, and flexible scheduling with a focus on measurable client progress.

About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

• Independently licensed and living in Idaho— LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation Up to $54,100 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. #LI-Hybrid #LI-MS1

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
