Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Birmingham, Alabama. We support clinicians with credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing so you can focus on delivering exceptional care.

Independently licensed in Alabama (LPC, LMFT, LICSW, LP), available for at least 20 hours weekly and 15 sessions, and comfortable with telehealth and EHR tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to clients via telehealth and in-person sessions.
• Build and maintain a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
• Utilize telehealth and EHR tools to document and coordinate care.
• Collaborate with a clinical community and contribute as a team member.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Birmingham, Alabama. About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

• Independently licensed and living in Alabama — LPC, LMFT, LICSW, LP (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $54,100 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
