Job summary

Thriveworks in Montgomery, Alabama is seeking licensed clinicians for a hybrid role offering telehealth and in-person sessions. The team provides extensive clinical support, flexible scheduling, and a path to leadership opportunities.

Clinicians must hold AL licenses (LICSW/LMFT/LPC) or be a licensed psychologist (PhD/PsyD) and see at least 25 sessions weekly. Compensation can be up to $105,400 with bonuses, full benefits, paid orientation, and a W2 employment model with a 401(k) match.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Montgomery, Alabama.

Qualifications:

All eligible candidates must have one of the following independent licenses in Alabama:

• LICSW or LMFT or LPC
• Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)

Clinicians need to be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing.

Compensation: Up to $105,400 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities
