Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Virginia to provide compassionate care through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Midlothian, VA. The role requires independent licensure (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/PhD) and a minimum of 20 hours per week with at least 15 sessions.

We handle credentialing, billing, scheduling and marketing support, enabling you to focus on clinical care while building a full caseload within 90 days. Competitive compensation and benefits are included.

About the Role

• We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.
• You may be a good fit for this role if you’re: Independently licensed and living in Virginia — LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools

Compensation

Up to $55,700 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

• We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started.
• You’ll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
