Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care through telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Media, PA. You must be independently licensed in PA and available for at least 15 sessions per week with 20 hours of client contact.

We support you with credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, plus paid orientation. Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Media, PA.

About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

• Independently licensed and living in Pennsylvania — LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)

• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly

• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children

• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress

• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools

• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $54,100 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
