Job summary

Thriveworks is hiring licensed clinicians to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to a large client base. The role blends telehealth with in-person sessions, requiring PA licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD) and a commitment to a flexible schedule in a hybrid care model.

You will work with diverse clients, including couples and children, and use telehealth and EHR tools to support treatment goals within a collaborative clinical community.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Pennsylvania — LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist able to treat a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident using modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

About The Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly

Compensation

Up to $54,100 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
