Job summary

Thriveworks in La Habra, California is seeking licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. Independently licensed in CA (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD), you will support a large client base with flexible scheduling seven days a week.

The role includes administrative support, credentialing, billing, and paid orientation. Compensation is up to $62,000 annually based on licensure, session volume, and bonuses, with bi-weekly pay and solid benefits as a W2 employee.

About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

• Independently licensed and living in California — LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

For 15 sessions and 20 hours of availability: up to $62,000 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
