Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in California to provide compassionate, evidence-based care via telehealth and in-person sessions in Huntington Beach. You’ll join a clinician-led organization supporting clients nationwide, with a hybrid care model and strong clinical community.

Qualified candidates are independently licensed (LPCC/LMFT/LCSW/PhD) with availability for 15+ sessions weekly. Compensation up to $62,000 plus benefits and support services are provided.

• Able to commit to a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability.
• Behavioral health generalist open to treating couples and children.
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Confident using telehealth and clinical technology.

Qualifications

You may be a good fit for this role if you're:

• Independently licensed and living in California - LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate - we're building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $62,000 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started.

You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
